The funeral of a preacher

зображення_viber_2020-10-12_16-35-04.jpg

I greet you with the love of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA!

I thank God for another month lived by God's mercy. We had good news and sad events. But I praise the Lord for everything that He gives us.

1. The funeral.

It is with sadness that I write to you that one of our good brother, the preacher, brother Victor, has passed away into eternity. He is the father of Tamara and Natasha, the children's leader in our church. There were a lot of people at this funeral who heard the Word of God. We pray for all those who have not yet received Christ in their hearts so that they will come to Christ.

2. Social assistance.

Our church helped one large family from the village of Kubka. We collected money, clothes and food for them. We are happy to help people in need so that the Name of the Lord would be glorified among people.

3.Bread breaking:

On November 1, we made a break of bread in our church and also visited 3 sick people at home with a break of bread. They were very happy that they could, together with the church, participate in the remembrance of the suffering and death of Christ for our sins.

4.Thanks:

-I am grateful to the Lord that in our church children go to Sunday school. And I also thank the Lord for our youth who work in His Field. They always prepare programs for glorification for each service, and also study the Word of God. We always pray for them.

-Thank the Lord for the 11 granddaughter, Agatha, who was born in the family of Alena and Tolik, our children. This is already their 5th child. May the Lord bless Agatha, parents and all their children!

-Thank God that our church gathers together almost all members of the church and our children. Even non-believers visit us. While God had mercy on us and no one got sick. We maintain distance and sanitary conditions, but we pray that the Lord will save us all from this Pandemic.

5.Prayer Needs:

-Pray, with us, brothers and sisters, that the Lord will save us all from the Pandemic virus.

-So that the love of Christ does not go out in our hearts.

-To stop the war in Ukraine.

And we pray for you, dear brothers and sisters, that the Lord will bless you abundantly. I always thank the Lord for you, for your work and for your prayers. Accept sincere heartfelt greetings from my family.

With love to you, your brother in Christ, Pascar Alex.

The Feast of the Harvest

Peace of God, dear brothers and sisters from the USA! With God's help, another fruitful month passed in the Vineyard of our Lord.

1.The Feast of the Harvest and the blessings of our grandson:

зображення_viber_2020-10-12_16-34-46.jpg

At the end of the month of September, our church celebrated Thanksgiving Day where everyone thanked the Lord for a good harvest in our fields, for the Holy Word of the Gospel that still sounds in our area without obstacles, for the clean and ecological water that we drink from our wells, for those 3 young people from our church who got baptized this summer. We thanked both for the blessings and for the trials that befell us this year. We had a good evangelistic meeting where everyone participated: children, youth and adults, Thank God! At this meeting we were attended by 3 families of non-believers. We pray for them that the Lord will touch their hearts. Also on this day we had the blessings of our grandson Eliazar, the son of our children Alina and Abraham. Brother Pavel Petihachny arrived with his wife Larisa and we, together with brother Pavel, prayed for our grandson. May the Lord bless Eliazar and their first child Alex, and may God bless abundantly this family!

2. The funeral.

Then we went to the funeral in the village of Berestya where the grandmother of our son-in-law Abraham died. We served with sermons and singing. Thank God that we were able to serve God here too.

3. Bread breaking.

On the first Sunday of October, we had communion with the breaking of bread in the church and also visited 4 patients at home with the breaking of bread. Our patients were so happy that they were able to participate, together with the whole church, in Holy Communion-Remembering the sufferings of Christ crucified for us.

4.Thanks.

-I thank God and you that together we will be accomplices in the work on the Lord's Field.

-I thank you for the fact that you pray for us and help us, here, to do the work of God.

We, too, always pray for you that God bless you in everything. Accept my heartfelt greetings from my family.

With love, your brother in Christ, Alex Pascar.

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, I greet you with the peace and grace of Jesus Christ.

зображення_viber_2020-09-19_20-29-04.jpg

1.Thanks: I am grateful to the Lord for the fact that last Saturday we completed the daytime Christian children's camp where about 30 children were always present. As I wrote before, we organized this camp in a cherry orchard where the children played and here our leaders taught Bible lessons. Thank you for the sweets that I received from you through brother Pavel Petihachny. Every time we gave them prizes and treated them with your sweets. 5 Saturdays in a row we held this camp. 10 of these children were from unbelieving families. We pray for them and for all our children. Thank God that nobody got sick with this virus.

2. Evangelism:

I had the opportunity to visit, together with my family, the church of the village of Malinovka. There I preached and our son-in-law Abraham glorified God with singing. Thank God that we could serve in this church. We visited one brother - his name is Victor. He was very happy that we visited him. We prayed for him and thanked God for the fact that the Lord still helps and strengthens His sick children.

3.Preparations:

-We have a holiday of Harvest and we are preparing for this holiday. We will take all the products that we collect to the hospital for the mentally ill in Chernivtsi. Also, young people are preparing a worship program. We pray that the Lord will help us organize this holiday and that no one gets sick.

-Our children Alina and Abraham had a second child - the boy Eliazar. We are preparing next week for them to bring the child to church for a blessing. We pray for him and for the parents so that the Lord bless them with health.

4.Prayer Needs:

-Pray that love does not cool down during this pandemic. We very much wish that the Church of Christ was always ready to meet its Bridegroom Jesus Christ.

-Pray further for us and for our health, so that we can still work for the Glory of the Lord.

-Pray for an end to the war against Ukraine.

And we pray for you and thank God for you and your help to us. Thank you for your prayers that always strengthen us here where we work. My family sends you greetings.

May God bless you! Yours faithfully, your brother in Christ, Alex Pascar.

I greet you dear brothers and sisters with the love of Jesus Christ! I thank God for helping me this month to work in His Field to proclaim His Holy Word.

1.Bread breaking:

-As I wrote in my last report, on August 9, we celebrated the breaking of bread. This was after baptism, which was on the first Sunday in Chernivtsi. Thank God, all members of the church were waiting for this day of communion to remember the death and suffering of Jesus Christ. they were very happy that they had the opportunity to be present, together with the church, to Holy Communion, thank God!

2. Camp for teenagers.

-We have already held a day camp for a teenager in our village for two weeks. About 40 teenagers gather and the leaders work with them. True, we do this camp not every day, but 2 times a week. We have a good cherry orchard in the village and other trees. There is clean air in nature and we were allowed for the youth to meet here for the day camp. Thank you for the sweets (various sweets) that we received from you through brother Pavel Petihachny. Our leader is preparing prizes for the youth. Thank God that even so , but this is a great help, because now they are not really allowed to make camps due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Thus, young people can meet until the end of this month - until September 1. We pray that the Lord will touch young hearts so that many will know Jesus Christ and accept Him in hearts.

3.Thanks:

-Thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters, for always praying for me and helping me to work here in God's Field.

-Thank God that another grandson was born in our family. Alina's daughter and son-in-law Abraham had a second son and they named him Eliazar. May the Lord bless little babi, his brother Alex and parents!

- Thank God that He preserves our life and gives us more health.

4.Prayer Needs:

-Pray for us, brothers and sisters, that the Lord will protect us from this pandemic virus.

-Pray that the Lord will stop the war against Ukraine and stop this pandemic all over the world.

-Pray for us so that love and zeal for the cause of God grows so that we are all ready to meet our Savior Jesus Christ.

And we pray for you and always in our prayers thank God for you. May the Lord bless you abundantly. Accept heartfelt greetings from my family.

With love, your brother in Christ, Alex Pascar.

1.Baptism:

-In our church there was a big holiday in connection with the baptism of three young people, which we held at the "House of Peace" church in Chernivtsi. There was a double holiday for our family because our youngest daughter, Lilia, was baptized. We thank God for her and we pray for her that the Lord would strengthen her faith so that she would walk correctly on the path of Christ. We also pray for other young people who were baptized on this beautiful day, August 2, 2020.

One testimony of brother Vasil:

My parents are unbelievers, but I repented in the camp in Boyany and realized myself that I need to be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Thank God that He helped me to complete this act. I am very happy in Christ Jesus! I also pray for my parents that the Lord will touch their hearts and they will repent.

-We are planning another baptism of three young people this year. With God's help we will hold it in early September in Dinovtsi. It's just that now the parents of these young people are not at home, but they wanted their mothers to be at home. lectures and preparing them for baptism. We pray that the Lord will help us to accomplish this holy work.

2.Bread breaking:

-Breadbreaking was postponed to the second resurrection because of baptism. We plan to do bread-breaking in the homes of the sick of our church. May the Lord help us in this matter.

3. Gratitude:

-Always thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters, and we pray for you that the Lord will bless you.

-Thank God for the fact that He gives me health to preach and work in God's field.

Greetings to you brothers and sisters with the love of Jesus Christ!

1.Bread breaking:

Thank God that He helped me this month to perform the Breadbreaking with the church. For a couple of weeks we gathered in groups, and now we are gathering together again. True, we need to keep a distance, but we are glad that we are together again. I walked and visited 4 patients at home, where I brought joy to these sick people because they had the opportunity to participate, together with the church, in the communion of the breaking of bread. They thanked God for His great love for all people and for us.

2.Funeral:

I had the opportunity to go to the village of Malinovka where I participated and preached at the funeral of one elderly sister (96 years old). She repented in our church 50 years ago. Thank God that the Word of the Lord was sown at this funeral and we pray for those people who listened to the Word but have not yet reconciled with God. May God give them repentance.

3.Communication of youth:

I thank God for our youth. During a pandemic, they meet in nature all the time and there they have fellowship, singing and studying the Word of God. Thank God that the Lord protects them from illness and from all evil. We also pray for our youth that the Lord will continue kept them from all evil.

4.Social:

This month our church, especially our youth, helped a lot to the family of Katya, a girl who repented in the camp, (Boyany last summer). They repaired the electricity, put new wires. Katya's parents were very pleased. They no longer forbid Katya to go to the congregation and they themselves began to comprehend that they also need to repent. We pray for them that the Lord will touch their hearts.

5. Activities with candidates for baptism:

I have already finished classes with candidates for baptism, now we are preparing to give them baptism at the beginning of August. We pray for this holy cause.

6.Meeting of the missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission:

10 July we had a meeting of the missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission, in Novovoselitsa to the church where brother Valery Popov is pastor. We were very encouraged at this meeting, prayed together for all the needs of our churches and that the Lord would heal our sick brothers and sisters from our region of Chernivtsi. We prayed for the victims of the flood and that the Lord would bless our land with peace and health. We thanked God for you brothers and sisters - our partners in evangelism with the USA. Quarantine is continued

зображення_viber_2019-12-17_12-10-28.jpg

Peace of God dear brothers and sisters from the USA!

1.Thanks:

I thank God for His mercy to us, for the Lord always blesses me with health so that I can proclaim the Word of God even in this difficult time, when again the COVID 19 pandemic is raging with us. We are again gathering in small numbers and at home, in groups. This is because after a two-week meeting the churches in the Chernivtsi region, in large numbers, many church members fell ill.

One pastor of the village church Kriva, brother Ivan Miaun, fell ill and died, and his wife, sister Larisa, is still in the hospital. the village of Mamaliga. The church was quarantined. Therefore, the state again forbade us to get together in large groups. We pray for all the sick from our churches so that the Lord will heal them. I thank God that our believers love the Lord very much and say that no one will excommunicate us from the love of Christ, Glory be to God!

2.Bread refraction:

With God's help, we made bread-making in the house of prayer and visited with the bread-making 3 patients at home. The patients were very happy and thanked God for the fact that they could take part, together with the Church, in the bread-breaking and remembering the death and suffering of Jesus Christ.

3. Lessons with candidates for baptism:

I’m doing my homework with young candidates for baptism. Alas, we don’t only know when we will complete this work of God because of a pandemic. We thought that quarantine would end and we should be baptized in July, and we continued quarantine again until August 1. If God wants it , then we think to make baptisms at the end of August. We pray that the Lord will help us in this.

4. Prayer needs:

-Pray for God's will to end this pandemic both for you and for us. We also pray about this constantly, so that we can spend at least one week in a Christian children's day camp. Children really want to, but don’t know how will be due to a pandemic. "For our son David, who has to go through court. He is accused of that accident and, being innocent, he is forced to pay for that damaged bus. Only God can help him."

-Pray for the end of the war in south-eastern Ukraine. We pray for you brothers and sisters and love you. My family sends you heartfelt greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ.

With love to you, your brother in Christ is Alex Pascar.

God blessed us amazingly

зображення_viber_2020-06-02_08-31-55.jpg

Dear brothers and sisters, I greet you with the love of Jesus Christ!

Thanksgiving:

-I thank God every day and every time for His great mercy and love with which He blesses me and my family every moment of our lives. I am thankful to God and brothers and sisters for you that you always pray for us and help us to expand the Kingdom of God in Ukraine. And during this time, quarantine is also thankful to God. He knows why all this is happening in your USA, in Ukraine and around the world. We pray if God's will is to end this Pandemic.

-I thank you for praying for my sons who were in France to work and they returned home safely. The truth was that they were quarantined for 2 weeks at home, this is our law for visitors from abroad.

-I thank God that from May 26 our church is already gathering together in the house of prayer. Oh, how they all missed communicating, worshiping together before the Lord! Both children and young people glorified the Lord with great love. In our village, until no one got sick this virus therefore we were allowed to gather, thank God!

- My wife is 57 years already, and we celebrated her birthday. I thank God for such amazed woman in my life and all our mutual life together.

2. Visits:

зображення_viber_2020-06-02_08-31-56.jpg

-Visited patients at home. Especially brother Victor, who became very ill (not with the COVID virus 19). He was a good brother preaching in our congregation. We prayed together and I comforted him with the Word of God. We believe that the Lord will heal him and help him attend our meetings.

3. Classes with baptism candidates:

-Another 3 lessons and I am finishing classes with 4 young candidates for baptism. We don’t know when we will be baptized this year because of this pandemic. It is advisable to have this summer, but how God will help. We will pray to the Lord that He will help us in this ministry.

4. Prayer needs:

-Pray for peace in Ukraine.

-Pray for the Lord to stop this CAVID 19 pandemic.

-Pray for my family. Thank God that my children are healthy, but David (my son who was in an accident last fall) has problems with the court on the grounds that he is accused of committing an accident. Those who were guilty paid well to the authorities and now he is accused, and even he must pay for the damaged bus Chernivtsi Kharkov. Pray that at least he is not forced to pay, because he is already difficult.

-Pray for our church members and children not to get sick during our fellowship in the house of worship. Of course, we observe sanitary conditions, but let the Lord protect us from all bad. We also pray for you and bless you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ! Heartfelt greetings from my family.

With love your brother in Christ, Pascar Alex.

зображення_viber_2019-10-06_19-55-43.jpg

I greet you brothers and sisters with the love of Jesus Christ!

1.Thanks:

-I thank my Lord for his support and help this month. I thank God for the fact that He saved our family from illness, for the fact that he saved our church in Dinivtsi. We pray that the Lord will continue to protect and protect us from all evil.

-I thank God for you brothers and sisters, for the fact that you pray for us and support us financially. May the Lord bless you and give you a hundred blessings!

2.Bread refraction:

Last week, May 3, we made bread-breaking in our church, where I and brother Deacon Peter, performed blessing prayers over bread and a cup of wine, and we served the groups that came to participate in the sacrament. They came in small groups, because of quarantine. And after lunch, we served three patients at home. They were very happy that they had such an opportunity to participate in the sacrament.

3.Social:

I, along with my family, helped one family who live very hard and poorly. They planted a garden with different seeds for them to have later on for food. They praised God and thanked us for this help. Our youth also greatly help our older members. Our believers are very pleased with the youth and always support them in prayers.

4. Prayer needs:

-Join us in prayers, that the Lord have mercy on us all and stop this COVID 19 pandemic, and that God will protect his church in these difficult days.

-Pray for our churches so that they do not chill in the love of Christ in our time. That the church was ready to meet with Jesus Christ.

-Pray for me and my family, that the Lord will continue to protect us, give us health, so that we would work with greater jealousy on His field.

-Pray for the war to end in Ukraine.

And we pray for you, our dear, because we know your difficulties there. You are also in quarantine. May the Lord protect you from all evil and give you health. Greetings from my family.

With love, your brother in Christ, Pascar Alex.

Fasting and prayer of all churches

зображення_viber_2020-03-06_19-52-29.jpg

Welcome dear brothers and sisters on the bright holiday of the Resurrection: Christ is Risen! Truly Risen!

1.Thanks:

I thank the Lord that He also blessed me this month and gave me health to work on His Field. I constantly thank God for you, my dears, that you always support in prayer and material life my family. May the Lord bless you and reward you a hundredfold; God bless you and your families.

2. Church service:

In the church, we are holding a ministry, still in small numbers due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Those who stay at home also hold services in small groups. This situation is unusual for us, but we are grateful to God that He never leaves us. Now the church has rallied even more and we agree on the phone when to pray at the same time so that the prayer is more effective. That is, that the Lord hears our call to Him and sends us peace and rest in the heart. And so that the church was ready to meet its bridegroom, Jesus Christ.

April 16, we joined the fasting and prayer of all our Christian churches from Ukraine. The theme of the prayer was that the Lord cleanse us and stop the Pandemic COVID 19. Our whole church at 19:30 in the evening, knelt down and at the same time cried out to the Lord for mercy. I also visited patients and had a grain refraction with them. He prayed for them and encouraged them.

On April 19, Easter was celebrated. Of course, also in small numbers at the meeting, but at home in groups they sang and praised the Lord the Risen and Our Deliverer. Many church members say that we must now learn to value every congregation in the church because we don’t know what the Lord will allow in our lives. Now everyone with tears in their eyes repent that many meetings were missed because of the little things in life, and now they want to get together, but not possible. We pray that the Lord will give us more time to hold meetings with the whole church.

3. Prayer needs:

-Pray for us that the Lord will help us in this difficult time. So that the love, faith and hope of Christ grows in our churches, despite the fact that we are in quarantine.

-To end the war in Ukraine.

-Pray for me that the Lord will give further health, so that I could continue to work in the field of the Lord.

We, together with my family and our church, pray for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, that the Lord will save you and your health, at this difficult time for all of us. Be blessed!

With love, Pascar Alex, pastor, the missionary of the village of Dynivtsi.
