Pray for peace in Ukraine

зображення_viber_2021-04-14_22-08-53.jpg

Greetings to you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, with the love and peace of Jesus Christ!

I magnify God, through Jesus Christ, for the fact that He holds me and my family in His hands and I pray that He would give us the power of the Holy Spirit to glorify Christ in difficult circumstances and not lose heart.

1. Glorifications:

-We conduct lessons with 10 young families from our church who study the Word and at the same time prepare evangelistic programs in order to conduct them on the streets and in the church.

-We conduct Bible lessons at the Rehabilitation Center (Lukovtsy village, Chernivtsi region) where our son-in-law Michael (the husband of our daughter Angelica) serves there and prepares these people to repent and accept Christ as their personal Savior.

-I taught Bible lessons in the church of the village of Nesvoya, where I taught the 15th chapter of the Gospel of John.

-I spent the bread-breaking service in the church of the village of Nesvoi and the village of Balkovtsi, and also visited 2 young families who could not come to the congregation and I held a bread-breaking service there.

- We held a Bible session with 12 students from the Bible Institute who are preparing for ministry in Ukraine.

зображення_viber_2021-04-14_22-11-40.jpg

-Our church, together with the youth, are preparing for the evangelistic meetings that we will hold on May 2 and 3 in connection with the celebration of Easter in our Ukraine. We pray that the Lord will help us celebrate Easter in peace in the country and that everyone is healthy. We still adhere to the distance and sanitary conditions due to the Pandemic. We hope that there will be no war with Russia. All hope is in the Lord. All our churches fast and pray that the Lord will be merciful to us, but everything is God's will.

2.Thanks:

-Thank you for your prayers and financial help.

-Thank God for giving us health and we can preach Christ even at this time of fear of war and fear of Pandemic.

-Thank God for the fact that we can still work among unbelieving people and many of them are looking for God.

3.Prayer requests:

-Pray for peace in Ukraine, because it is possible to expand this war, which is now going on in eastern Ukraine, so that the war would be throughout Ukraine. The news that we hear about the war is disappointing. Only the Lord can stop all this. Our churches all pray and fast before God, so that the Lord would have mercy on us and save us from war.

-Pray that all missionaries and their families will be saved by God from the Pandemic.

-Pray for our youth who are working in the Lord's Field, so that the Lord will save them from the evil one and from sickness.

Dear brothers and sisters, we also pray for you and love you. May the Lord richly bless you and your families! Accept the heartfelt greetings from my family.

With love, the Petihachny family, Pavel and Larisa.

We greet you brothers and sisters from the USA with the love of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I am grateful to God that He helped me and at the beginning of this month to complete my ministry in the Power of the Holy Spirit and all these circumstances served for the success of the gospel.

1.The fourth wave of the Pandemic:

-We have already received the 4th wave of the Pandemic in Ukraine, which again brought many deaths and many people became seriously ill. Now all hospitals in Chernivtsi are full of patients and are already delivering patients to regional hospitals (in Novoselitsa, Hertsy, Glubokoe, Storozhinets). We pray, all children God, for the Lord to stop this virus and to heal sick people. Our churches again keep their distance and observe a sanitary regime. We hope that when it gets warmer it will be better. May the Lord help us all!

2. Evangelism:

-Recently we had an Evangelization in the church of the village of Rokitne, where the pastor brother Gregory Kioresko is. I was invited there to preach. Thank God that the Lord used me for this work. At this evangelization there were many unbelievers who listened attentively to the Word of God, and at the end of this evangelization, all participants were given packets of seeds to sow their gardens, and they were also given Christian brochures. All these unbelievers were invited to come to our services. ...

I greet you with the love of Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA!

I am grateful to God that, this month, He used me a lot in His Field to proclaim His Name.

The church in the village of Zhilovka elected a pastor for this church, and in the church in the village of Shcherbintsi we conducted a good evangelization. There were many young people and children at this evangelization. We pray that they will repent.

2. Ministry of Youth:

Brothers and sisters of the Bethel church from Novoselytsia organized a youth meeting. At this meeting there were many young people from other churches. At this meeting, I preached a special sermon for the youth who were, 2 years ago, in our camp PIEI Ukraine.

IMGL7144.jpg

We prayed, and I ask you, too, to pray that the Lord will help organize a Christian youth camp this summer to glorify the Name of Jesus Christ. They prayed that this pandemic will end. All young people want to go to this camp, we all hope - but there is everything the will of the Lord.

Evangelism in the church of the village of Shcherbintsi

зображення_viber_2021-02-04_15-28-07.jpg

I greet you with the love of Jesus Christ!

I am very grateful to God for the fact that all the circumstances in my life, this month, were given by the Lord for success in the gospel.

1. Bible Studies:

-This month I taught a lecture from the Sermon on the Mount series at God's Family Church. The members of this church asked me to teach them about meekness because they wanted to learn how to acquire this meekness and how to work with this meekness. At the end of this lesson, there were people who accepted Jesus as their Personal Savior.

2. Evangelism:

- We had good evangelism in the church of the village of Shcherbintsi, where many young people and children were present. We preached there on the evangelistic theme together with the missionary brother Grigory Kiorescu. After this evangelization, we were asked many questions on various topics.

3.Bread breaking:

- I spent the breaking of bread in the church in the village of Zhylivka. There was no pastor in this church and I served as an evangelist for 3 years. Last year, 2 souls repented in this church. And now the ECB Unions of Chernivtsi region have chosen a pastor who will constantly serve in the church in the village of Zhylivka ... We pray for this pastor and for this church that the Lord bless them and that the Zhilovskaya church grows both spiritually and in number.

4.Funeral:

-I conducted the funeral of one sister, in the village of Nesvoya, who was a member of our church (she was 76 years old, her name was Rodica). At these funerals were many non-believers, including relatives from the Republic of Moldova, who listened attentively to the Word of God. We pray for these people, especially her son Roman and his family, that everyone will repent.

5.Gratitude:

-I am grateful to God that my family and I are healthy and can serve God together.

-Thank you for helping us both materially and spiritually. Therefore, thanks to this help, we can better serve God-Praise the Lord! May the Lord bless you abundantly!

-Thank God for the fact that our youth gather again, as before, to study the Word of God.

-Thank the Lord for the fact that after the holiday, the Nativity of Christ, more unbelievers began to go to the meetings. We pray for them.

6.Prayer Needs:

-Pray with us that God will protect our missionaries and their families from the Pandemic.

-So that in 2021 they will have success in evangelism, so that many unsaved people will repent and accept Christ as the personal Savior of their souls.

-So that the Church of Christ (Universal), including us, are all ready to meet with our Savior and our Bridegroom, Jesus Christ.

-To end the war in Ukraine.

We constantly pray for you, our dear brothers and sisters, that the Lord will bless you and your families, your churches and your country, USA. Please accept my heartfelt greetings from my family.

With love, the Petihachny family, Pavel and Larisa.

Aid for needy

зображення_viber_2021-01-15_15-39-39.jpg

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelism in Ukraine, we greet you with the love of Jesus Christ!

I am very grateful to God for helping us to gather together with the entire church to celebrate Christmas and New Year 2021.

1.Christmas and New Years 2021:

-We have thanked the Lord for the whole past year and asked for blessings in 2021. The Word was preached and the youth glorified God through chants and poems to the glory of the Lord. We pray for those non-believers who come to our services, so that God opens their hearts to repentance. On these holidays, I organized evangelism not only in Nesvoi, but also in Zhilovka. I am very glad that a new generation is rising up in our church, which glorify God with love, not only in the Nesvoiskaya church, but also in other small churches. Our hearts rejoice that one soul repented in the Zhilovskaya church.

зображення_viber_2021-01-15_15-41-37.jpg

2.Help orphans:

-Our church from the village of Nesvoi prepared 200 gifts for orphans from the Chernivtsi region. We also collected products such as: potatoes, onions, carrots, beetroot, beans, cabbage, sunflower oil, pasta, rice, flour, various preserves from jam and kampots. All this was loaded to me, full of beads, and I delivered to orphans and widows in Chernivtsi. Due to the pandemic, we could not make a table of love for these children, as we did before, but thank God for this opportunity to help these children ... They were very happy when they saw that God helps them through believing people. We also gave such help in a boarding school in Sadgora, where widows with children who have lost their husbands now live in the ATO zone (in the war zone in Lugansk and Donetsk). They received us with tears of gratitude in their eyes for this help.

We also brought food and gifts to all families who took orphans in their families and live in houses located on Kovelskaya street (near the Bible Center number 25). We also carried products to those boarding schools in the city where they work with orphans. Thank God for the fact that He helped us do such a blessed work!

зображення_viber_2021-01-15_15-41-46.jpg

3. Carols:

-Our youth went around the village with carols (this is a good tradition for Christmas in our Bukovina) and glorified God for His Son who was born for us in the city of Bethel and brought us atonement for our sins - for the Messiah. We gave people spiritual calendars for 2021 and Christian newspapers, which we received from the regional office of the ECB of the Chernivtsi region. On the second day there was an evangelization in our church and many unbelievers who were visited by our youth came. We pray for them to repent.

4.Thanks:

-Thank God always for you, and for your help, material and prayer, which helps us to work for God to meet, and be successful in the gospel of the spread of the Word, in this difficult time of the Pandemic.

-Thank God for our youth and young families who help me to spread the Word of God.

-Thanks to God for protecting us, missionaries of PIEI Ukraine, from the Pandemic.

зображення_viber_2021-01-15_15-38-03.jpg

-For the Lord helped us deliver aid to orphans and widows.

5.Prayer Needs:

-Let's pray that we will be able to hold a youth Christian camp this year.

-So that more people will repent in 2021.

-So that we can prepare more disciples for the ministry in God's Vineyard.

Thank you for your prayers. And we pray for you. We prayed for the presidential elections in the United States. We will continue to pray for you and your country. We wish the Lord bless you abundantly and so that it does not happen in our and your lives, we will always be faithful God and we will have the Peace of Christ in our hearts. May God help us in this! May the grace and Peace of God be with you all, Amen!

With love to you, the Petihachny family, Pavel and Larisa.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021

Dear brothers and sisters, at the beginning of my report, we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021!

I magnify God and am grateful to Him for the fact that in the past year, 2020, He helped me and my family to glorify Him in all the circumstances of life: both in illness and during this pandemic we were able to gather in small groups through which we evangelized unbelievers, helped sick and orphans.

1. Bible Studies:

-Taught the Gospel of Luke in the church of Nesvoi village, through which I composed many sermons about the Birth of Jesus Christ.

-25 December we had a blessed meeting with the participation of our youth, where they sang and glorified the Born Jesus the Messiah.

- I taught the Gospel of Matthew in the Zhilov church, through which I convinced this church and those unbelievers who were present that Jesus Christ is God. There were many questions from their side, but God gave me wisdom and answered them as it is written in the Scriptures.

2.Social assistance to orphans:

-Along with the church, we prepared 200 gifts for orphans who live in boarding schools, and also collected humanitarian aid for these children. After the New Year, from January 1 to January 7, we will carry and distribute them to boarding schools.

3.Pastor Regional Committee:

-Have a meeting with 23 pastors of churches from the Chernivtsi region, where they solved many important issues that arose in the churches of our region. We prayed with the brothers of the leaders for peace in Ukraine, for our believers, church members and their families to be healed of Kovid, so that again we could all gather together in our houses of prayer.

4.Thanks:

-Thank God that we were able to make 200 gifts for orphans and collect humanitarian aid for them.

-Thank that all our missionaries, throughout the whole year, were protected by God.

-Thank God for the fact that the youth of churches from the PIEI Ukraine mission helped, this year, many patients who were ill at home, provided them with everything they needed.

5.Prayer Needs:

-To the Lord help us distribute all the gifts that we have prepared for the orphans until January 7, because from January 8 we will have a lockdown quarantine in Ukraine, and we will not be able to move freely around the boarding schools due to quarantine. Thank God that we were allowed to help anyway somehow to these children.

-For our youth, so that they are protected by God from this pandemic.

-So that we, missionaries of PIEI Ukraine, have success in evangelism in 2021.

-So that the Lord will help us to hold a Christian youth camp at the end of the month of July, 2021.

Dear brothers and sisters, we always thank God for you, for your prayers and for your support for us missionaries. And we pray for you and for your churches. May the Lord bless you and your families! Once again we wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New 2021 Year!

With love to you, the Petihachny family, Pavel and Larisa.

Missionary meeting

I am grateful to God for the fact that He still gives us strength, wisdom and health, and I can still complete the work of God in the power of the Holy Spirit.

1.Funeral:

-This month the Lord helped me to complete 2 funerals. The first funeral, where the mother of my wife, Larissa, at the age of 84, passed into eternity. So the Lord wanted to take her home to Himself and we cannot do anything. The father was left who is very hard without She was his right hand in the family. She prayed for him and the children, fed all the guests who came to their house. And now it is very difficult for him. We pray for him and help him as much as we can. At this funeral, brother helped me with preaching and organizing Gregory Kioresko and we are grateful to the Lord for him. There were a lot of unbelievers who listened to the Word of God. We pray that the Word of God preached will be strengthened in the hearts of these people.

зображення_viber_2020-12-07_17-40-33.jpg

-The second funeral was also held in our village, in Nesvoi. One elderly brother, at the age of 89, brother Vladimir, departed into eternity. I organized this funeral and, thank God, the Word was preached in the power of the Holy Spirit. We pray that all who hear the Word of God will repent and accept Christ, especially the children of the brother of the deceased who are still unbelievers.

At the end of this evangelization I made a baptism and all members of this church participated in this ministry.

3. Study the Word of God:

зображення_viber_2020-11-22_18-37-10.jpg

I am grateful to God for the fact that I still have the opportunity to glorify Christ even in this difficult time.

1. Needs for the sick:

In the Zhilovskaya church, we have collected many products for the sick people of our region.

-These products helped orphans from homes located on the territory of the Bible Center on Kovelskaya 25.

- We also helped sick people from the village of Kotilevo. Brother Igor Dzyadik, a pastor of the church from Kotelevo, distributed this help to the poor. They were very grateful to God that there are still people who want to be near those in need.

2.Bread breaking:

-I spent bread breaking in the churches of the village of Nesvoi and in the village of Balkovtsi. I do not know what happened to the Nesvoyskaya church because in a couple of days, almost the whole church fell ill with Covid 19. My wife Larisa's parents, brother Ivan and sister Sima, also fell ill. already in old age and bear it all hard. We try to help as much as we can. We pray that the Lord will heal them and other members of our church. God help us and save us! All hope is in the Lord.

3. Nursing meeting:

Making new disciples

зображення_viber_2020-11-02_19-44-24.jpg

Peace of God, dear brothers and sisters from the USA!

I am grateful to God for the fact that He is performing miracles at the present time and helping us missionaries to conduct evangelistic meetings and people, now, have ceased to be afraid of the pandemic virus. Therefore, they have a desire to come to meetings and serve God with love.

1. Bible Studies:

In the church of the village of Nesvoya, I spend once a week studying the Bible. We study the epistles of the Apostle Paul to the Hebrews. Through these messages, I want to show the superiority of Christ over everyone and everything.

I gave lessons at the Bible Institute where I taught Homiletic, and through the epistles of the Apostle James taught students how to compose sermons. Every day the students had homework based on what they studied at the institute. They compiled sermons at home and on the second day they all preached shortly. In this way, we prepare new disciples for the glory of God.

2. Evangelism:

We held an evangelistic meeting at a rehabilitation center in Lukovtsy, Chernivtsi region. All the rehabilitants listened attentively to the Word of God and two of them decided to accept the Word of God and continue to stay constantly at the feet of Christ. May the Lord help them!

3.Mini evangelism:

In Chernivtsi I conducted 2 mini evangelizations, and after these evangelizations, I held the Breaking Service - these are those families who could not go to the meetings but wanted to participate in the Glorification of Christ.

4.Gratitude:

-Thank the Lord that God gives us health and we can serve people with love.

-Thank God for the fact that in all churches children are engaged in Sunday schools and young people have restored their circles. Of course, the distance and sanitary conditions are also observed due to the pandemic. We pray to God for the youth and children of our churches.

-And I am also grateful to the Lord for the fact that more non-believers who want to listen to the Word of God began to come to our churches.

5.Prayer Needs:

-Pray, together with us, for those unbelievers who visit our churches, so that they repent.

-Pray that this year our mission PIEI Ukraine will be able to hold a youth Christian camp. For the Lord to stop this Pandemic because of which we could not hold a Christian camp this year. Only the Lord can help us, because many young people called us and they call about this camp, but unfortunately, we could not hold this camp this year. We feel some kind of emptiness in our hearts, but we can not do anything without the Lord. It's all in God's hands.

-Pray for us so that we can continue to work with orphans and to help people from the war zone in Donbas.

-Pray both for me and for my family that the Lord would give us health in our work in His Field.

We are very grateful to the Lord for you, brothers and sisters, for the fact that you serve with us and we, together, are co-workers in God's Vineyard here in Ukraine. Please accept heartfelt greetings from my family. We love you and pray for you.

With love, the Petihachny family, Pavel and Larisa.

Greetings to you, dear brothers and sisters, with the peace and love of Jesus Christ! I am very grateful to God for helping us, missionaries, to tell people about the love of Jesus Christ, who calls all people to Himself to give them salvation.

1. Evangelism:

-I held an evangelistic meeting in the church of the village of Balkovtsi, where unbelievers were also present. At the same time, we thanked God for the fruits of the earth with which the Lord blessed us this year.

2.Help orphans:

-Helped a large family with the necessary food they needed.

Testimony:

зображення_viber_2020-10-12_16-14-03.jpg

We prayed to God that He would encourage someone to help us with food and praise the Lord that He encouraged the brothers from the PIEI Ukraine mission, who helped us with everything we need so that orphans do not need the necessary food. It was Svetlana's sister.

3. Bible Studies:

-In the church of the village of Nesvoi I teach the book of Jeremiah. Through this book, I want to show that only through complete obedience to God can we have blessings and a wonderful future, and disobedience leads to slavery.

-I also conduct Bible lessons in the church of the village of Zhilovka, and with these lessons I want to prepare new young preachers that this church really needs. Last Sunday I spent the Feast of the Harvest, where the whole church, together, thanked God for the wonderful harvest that they gathered this year. Thank God for everything!

4. Blessings of children:

The daughter of our missionary brother Alex Pascar, Alina and son-in-law Abraham had a second child, the son of Eliazar, and they invited me to ask the Lord so that He would lay His holy hands on this child so that this family and this boy would have God's protection and wonderful blessing.

5. Gratitude:

- I am grateful to God for the fact that He blessed me and my children with health and we all work in God's field.

-Thank God for the fact that He calls people to repentance through our missionaries PIE Ukraine.

-Thank God for those 2 people who repented in September. We pray for them that the Lord would confirm them in faith.

6. Prayer Needs:

-Pray that the Lord will save His people and His children from the COVID 19 epidemic.

зображення_viber_2020-10-12_16-23-39.jpg

-Our children and grandchildren have started going to school. Pray that God will save them from this COVID 19 virus.

-Pray for the war in Ukraine to end!

We are grateful to God for our cooperation with you in the Field of God, dear brothers and sisters from the USA. We always follow online for the ministry in your churches and pray with you. Thank God that our houses of prayer have already opened and we can, together with the church, worship To our God and have holy communion. Pray for us brothers and sisters further. And we love you and always thank the Lord for you, dear brothers and sisters.

May the Lord bless you abundantly, your families and your churches!

With love, the Petihachny family, Pavel and Larisa.
