Help for migrants

Greetings, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, with the love and peace of Jesus Christ our Lord! Thankful the Lord for His mercy shown to us for protecting and helping us to preach the Word of God, although we are now in difficult times.

1. Breaking bread:

-On the first Sunday of this month, our church held a communion where we remembered the death and suffering of Jesus Christ. I also went to a sick brother's home and held a communion. He was very happy that he was able, together with the church, to participate in the communion and remember the sufferings of Christ on the cross of Golgotha ​​for the salvation of all people on earth.

2.Visit:

- May 8, on Sundays, I, with a group of teenagers, visited two small churches: Forosna and Zhilovka. With us was another preacher from Romania, brother Giani. These brothers and sisters were overjoyed and thanked the Lord for the Word of God and for the praise songs of our teenage choir. Praise God!

3. Help for migrants

-We also have migrants whom we serve together with our church. My daughter Alina provided her house to the migrants. 2 families live there and we help them with food and all the means necessary for life. Also, other families from our church provided their houses for shelter We thank the brothers from Romania for bringing humanitarian aid 2 times already, and we also pray for them because the PIEI Romania Mission is going to bring us 3 humanitarian vehicles. All our refugees, and we have 27 of them in our church, are very grateful to God for these products and other help that our brothers give them.

4. Thanksgiving:

-We thank the Lord for helping us and we are still quiet. And we can serve people both spiritually and financially helping them during this difficult time of the war in Ukraine.

-Thank you, brothers and sisters from the USA, for helping us with your prayers before God for Ukraine and for helping us and sending financial aid for our refugees.

5. Prayer needs:

-Pray with us that the war ends here in Ukraine.

-Pray that the Lord will continue to preserve our region of Bukovina, so that we can continue to preach the gospel and help people who come to us for help and shelter.

-For me, so that the Lord strengthens and gives me health to serve people.

We are very grateful to the Lord for you brothers and sisters. We know that you are praying for us and we also pray unceasingly for you and your families that the Lord bless you with health and the peace of Christ. We were not bombed

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, we greet you with the love and grace of Jesus Christ! Christ is Risen! Christ is truly Risen!

1. Thank God for helping us to celebrate Easter-Resurrection of Christ in silence, with us, and we were not bombed.

Also on Thursday, until Sunday, we remembered the Lord's Supper with 12 disciples. We had a day of fasting and prayer, and in the evening the whole church gathered and celebrated the Last Supper. We thanked and praised the Lord for His Calvary feat. We also visited the sick home with the communion.

2. This month we visited 2 small churches Forosna and Zhilovka twice. These brothers and sisters are always waiting for us and rejoice for our visits, because we encourage them with the Word of God. Our youth always have a program of worship and the Name of Christ is glorified in these churches.

3. On the Easter holiday, our youth, the church choir, as well as children had a rich program for the glory of the Risen Christ, for our evangelism. There were many people in the church, as well as from unbelievers. We pray for them so that God would test their hearts and they would repent. We also have many refugees who come to the congregation. For 2 days in a row we gathered in our church and praised God for mercy and love for us.

4. Caring for refugees:

There are 27 refugees in the homes of our church members. I am grateful to God that today, April 28, we received a lot of humanitarian assistance from the brothers from the PIEI Romania mission, and I brought these products to the refugees - each refugee family. They were very happy that we are helping them products, warm blankets, linen, washing powders, vegetables and fruits.

5. Thanksgiving

- We always thank the Lord for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, for supporting us in your prayers and helping us financially, especially now when there is a war in Ukraine. We feel your prayers and your help.

-We are grateful to God for peace in our region, for the fact that they do not bomb rockets over us - this is the mercy and grace of God over us - Glory to Him!

-We thank the Lord for saving the brothers from Romania on the way to us and on the way back. Thank God for everything!

-We thank God for health, for giving us strength and zeal to work in His field. Especially now, in this difficult time, there is a lot of work in God's Vineyard.

6. Prayer requests:

-Pray together with us for the war to end. For the Lord to give wisdom to the president and all who are in the leadership of our country. We trust the Lord and believe that God will help and hear our prayers.

-Pray that the Lord will give us further strength and love to serve the refugees.

-To repent all the refugees who heard the Word of God.

-For our youth and children, so that the Lord protects them from the horrors of war.

And we pray for you, dear brothers and sisters, that the Lord richly bless you, your families, your churches and your country. Accept heartfelt greetings from my family.

We are still alive and serve refugees

I greet you dear brothers and sisters from the USA with the peace and grace of Jesus Christ.

1. It has already been more than a month since the war began in Ukraine and we thank God that, by His grace, we are alive and well. For the fact that it is still quiet and peaceful in our area and we can accept refugees who are fleeing from horrors wars from the North, from the South and from the East of the country.

We have 5 refugees in our family who live with us in the family. We communicate with them, feed them. We help in any way we can. They also need consolation, this war beat them too much. And in the families of our church members there are also refugees about 31 people with children. There are unbelievers among the refugees. They come to us at our meetings and together we glorify God.

2. Also, youth and our children have a weekly analysis of the Word of God. Here they rehearse songs for the church program on Sundays. Also, refugee children come to these analyzes of the Word of God and glorify the Lord together with our children.

3. Thank you brothers and sisters for helping us in this difficult time. Last week there were brothers from Romania from the PIEI Romania mission, four brothers with brother Timofey Stanea and brought us humanitarian aid for our refugees. It helps us a lot so that we can help more people at this difficult moment. May the Lord bless you a hundredfold.

4. Prayer needs:

-Pray for the end of the war.

-Pray for us that the Lord will give us health and peace, so that we can help, comfort and protect other poor people who are in trouble. So that the Lord would protect our lands from bombing, so that we could help those who came to us for help.

-So that the Lord gives us the Power of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Gospel to people and that people reach out more to God at this time. Only God consoles and helps us in everything. With Him we will overcome this evil.

Help for refugees

We greet you with the Love and Peace of God, dear brothers and sisters from the USA.

I thank the Lord always for you, for the fact that you always support us both with prayers and materially so that we can serve here for the Lord.

Today our service for God is among the refugees.

26 refugees came to our church and we distributed them among the members of our church. They come to us for 2 days and then leave further. Then we accept others who come.

I have 5 refugees at home. While they stay with us.

We received humanitarian aid from Romania and unloaded it right at the house of prayer. Then we send this aid in Kyiv to the needy and soldiers.

Thank God Bukovina is quiet and not bombed. Pray for us. Pray for the war to stop.

Visits to two small churches

Greetings, dear brothers and sisters, with the love and peace of Jesus Christ.

I am very grateful to our God for the fact that peace is still observed in our country and for giving me health to work not yet in His Field.

1. Breaking bread:

-Thank God for the fact that He, even at the beginning of this month, allowed us to celebrate the communion. They remembered the death and suffering of Jesus Christ. He was also able to visit the sick from our church in their homes.

2. Visits to two small churches.

-Thank God for helping us visit 2 small churches in Forosna and Zhilovka. This time we were traveling with 2 young families from our church and these small churches were very happy for this support, for preaching the Word of God and for singing these 2 families. There, in Zhilovka, there is one sister, Valentina, who repented and asked us to pray for her family (husband and her 2 sons). We pray that the Lord will bring the whole family of this sister to Himself.

3. Evangelism:

-We had an evangelization with the Mennonite brothers at our church last Saturday. There was their choir and their preachers. They gave everyone a bag with different seeds for seedlings in the ground, as well as Christian literature. Word of God. Pray for them.

4. Meeting of the missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission:

-On Monday, February 14, our missionaries had a blessed meeting in Chernivtsi, in the premises of the Theological Institute. There they also met virtually in Zoom with the family of Pop Alex and Rodica from the PIEI America mission. This family encouraged us in our ministry here, and told us that all our evangelistic partners from the USA pray for us and support us in everything. We thanked God for you and also prayed for you, our dear brothers and sisters from the USA we wish you health and peace in the country where you live. We also prayed for our ministry here in Ukraine and for the Lord to protect our country from war. May our Lord Almighty hear us and you and protect us all!

5. Youth from the church.:

-We are glad that the youth and young families regularly study the Word of God and rehearse songs for the worship program in the ministry in our church.

6. Thanksgiving:

-I thank the Lord for healing my sore throat and I can now serve God. I also thank you for praying for me and for supporting me in my ministry.

-I thank God for our youth and for our church. For the fact that the Lord gives them health and strength to serve Him.

-For the fact that the Lord has so far given peace to our lands and we have been able to serve God under a peaceful sky and in peace.

7. Prayer requests:

-Pray, dear brothers and sisters, for the Lord to protect us from the aggression of war and for peace to reign in our country. May we continue to work and serve our Lord.

-Pray that the Lord will give wisdom to our leaders of the country and the leaders of the country of the aggressor, so that they stop their bad intentions at the expense of the aggression of the war.

-For the Lord to give us health and continue to serve Him zealously and in the Power of the Holy Spirit.

Carols and literature for each house

Peace of God dear brothers and sisters from the USA!

I thank the Lord for His help, protection and support in the gospel of His Word in our area.

1. Evangelism:

-We had 2 evangelizations on January 7 and 8 in connection with the Nativity of Christ. Our youth, choir, teenagers and children had a rich program of glorifying Christ the Born. We also had guests from Romania who also glorified our Lord through chants and through sermons. We pray for those unbelievers who attended our meeting. Also, the youth divided into 2 groups to carol the whole village congratulating people on the holiday of Christmas. They also distributed Christian literature and calendars in every house and invited them to our meetings.

-January 9, my family and I visited the church of the village of Forosna, where our son-in-law Abraham and daughter Alina glorified the Lord through singing, and I preached the Word of God. We also pray for this small church that the Lord will give revival to this village.

2. Thanksgiving:

-Thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, who help us to serve here in Ukraine.

-I thank the Lord for the fact that everyone is healthy in the church so far, only I again got a little cold (angina), after which I arrived from Forosna, but Thank God it has already become easier.

3. Prayer needs:

-Pray for our church so that no one gets sick with a pandemic, because some kind of flu has intensified again now. Pray for me too so that my sore throat and cold will go away, so that I can freely serve the Lord proclaiming His Word.

-Pray for peace in Ukraine.

-Pray for my son David, because they don’t leave him alone with these courts after that 2-year accident. So that the Lord will already calm those people who are looking for the guilty among the innocent, and do not want to answer for their own guilt.

We met new year on knees

Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, our partners in evangelism in Ukraine, we greet you with the love of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I praise God for helping me to survive the New Year 2022. I am always grateful for the fact that He helped me, throughout the past year, to work in His Field, preach the Word of God, visit the sick and help people in need.

1. Evangelism:

-25 January I, with our youth, went to the village of Forosny and did a festive evangelization in that church. After the meeting, we went from house to house to people with carols and sang to them about the Savior Jesus Christ. We also distributed Christian calendars to everyone. People from the village received us with love and listened attentively to the Word of God. We pray for this village that the Lord will awaken people to repentance.

-31 January, together with the church, we met, in our prayers, the New Year 2022. We thanked the Lord for the past year. For the fact that God protected us and our families, for a good harvest in our fields, for the fact that while in our area it is calm and peacefully and we can sow the Word of God while we are in the time of Grace. Thank God that our church is attended by one young family and the mother of one guy (Vasily) who was baptized 2 years ago. We pray that they will repent.

2. Bread-breaking and blessings of children:

On January 2, together with the church, we remembered the death and suffering of our Savior Jesus Christ. After the service of the Breaking of Bread, there was another ministry - the Blessing of the Child. The Chupak family Venya and Natalya brought their little girl Sofia for the blessing. I, together with the church and the parents of this girl, prayed for Sophia that the Lord would lay His Holy Hands over this child and bless her, protect her from all diseases and that she would grow up to the joy of her parents and for God's Glory. The children of our church also had a beautiful program congratulations for this family.

3.Thanks:

-Thank the Lord for the past year, for the fact that He introduced us in a miraculous way and blessed us.

-For peace in our area.

-Thank God for you, brothers and sisters, for your sacrifice and for the fact that you support us in our ministry here.

4.Prayer requests:

-Pray for an end to the war in the South East of Ukraine.

-Pray for those people who come to our meetings that they will repent.

-Pray for the evangelistic meetings that we planned on January 7, 8 and 9. We will have Christmas in the old style. So our village is celebrating and we will celebrate together with the village. We have invited many people to our evangelism. Pray that people come to these evangelism and repentance.

-Pray for me that the Lord would strengthen my health, because I caught a little cold, and that the Lord would protect us all from the pandemic disease.

Blessing of a child

We greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in the gospel!

A year has already passed and we praise the Lord for His protection and guard over us. Nobody knows what the New Year 2022 will bring us, but we hope in God that everything will be fine.

1.Blessing children:

-In November, we again had the blessings of the child-son Andrey, from one young family from Chupak Ivan and Diana. Together with the church, we asked the Lord that God bless this young family, their eldest son and child Andrey. Also, young people and children had a wonderful program, congratulated them through poems and chants.

2. Social help.

-Our church helped two sick boys who needed heart surgery. They thanked God and us for this help.

3.Visits:

- We visited 3 small churches in the villages: Forosna, Zhilovka and Malinovka. Products for the Rehabilitation Center were brought to Malinovka.

4. Meeting of the missionaries:

-4 December had an annual meeting of missionaries from the PIEI Ukraine mission. We had a very abundant fellowship and time for prayer and study of the Word of God. Also, each missionary had something to say - words of gratitude to our Lord and to our partners from America for their support and their prayer for missionary service here in Ukraine - Thank God for everything!

5.Breadbreaking:

-5 December, together with the church, we had the last meal of this past year - Remembering the death and suffering of our Lord Jesus Christ. We also visited the sick with communion at home. They, too, rejoiced with us for having the opportunity to partake of the sacrament.

6.Preparations:

-Our youth, choir and our children are all preparing for the holidays of Christmas and the New Year 2022. Preparing programs for evangelism. We pray that the Lord will bless these evangelizations.

7.Thanks:

-Thank God for protecting our church and my family from the pandemic.

-For the fact that we can still serve the Lord and there is still peace in our area.

-For the Lord blesses our missionaries with health.

8.Prayer Needs:

-Pray, together with us, that the Lord will continue to protect us from the Pandemic.

-Pray for the evangelism that is planned for the holidays of Christmas and New Year, so that more people come to listen to the Word of God.

-Pray for peace in Ukraine.

We also thank you, brothers and sisters, for praying for us and no one fell ill with a pandemic. Our youth have prepared a good program for this evangelism, as well as the Sunday school children and our church choir. The Word was preached in the power of the Holy Spirit and we thanked God for everything that He sent us this year. We are grateful to God that came and 4 people from the world who listened attentively to the Word. We also had a table of love together with the church. Near our church there is one good cafe and we ordered a table there for our church. There we continued our celebration of the glorification of the Lord. All the fruits and other sweets that we brought to the church, we took to Chernivtsi in the hospital for mentally ill. It was already on the second day in the morning. They were very happy for such delicious bakery products, cakes and fruits.

-Together with his wife Nadia, I visited a church from Forosna. There, the pastor's brother got sick and we visited this small church there. I preached the Word and they were very happy that we visited them. We pray for this church too.

4.Social assistance:

- We helped one family whose mother fell ill with Covid and died in the hospital. The child survived, thank God! There is such grief, but material help is very necessary. And we also help families where there are material needs. People praise God, seeing that the Church of Christ is not indifferent to those in need.
