Every time I get to the point of doing this report, I find it difficult to choose to condense them so that they do not take up a lot of space.
The month of October, for me and my wife has a special meaning: In this month both I and my wife reach an age, more specific, I will have my birthday on October 6th. and my wife’s birthday is on october 15th. And here, I would like to specify something very important, that around them, 2 very special families came to visit me: brother Cornel along with his wife Gabriela Ștef and also brother Alex with his wife Rodica Popa. I consider it the most beautiful gift. Also during this time they visited and did a nice program with the girls from the orphanage. They way this 2 families served, made the girls feel encouraged, build up, made them feel that someone cares for them and for a few hours had them feel the family feeling, like they belong to someone, they have a family.
On today’s Tigveni’s church program, on our prayer time we specifically prayed for everyone who stays behind PIEI and supports us, the missionarie on the field, but having the Stef’s and the Popa’s along with us, we just wanted to bless them and address them by name before God. May Jesus reward each and everyone of you for you efforts which are not in vain, you who pray for us and support us, with an eternal reward, something that lasts.
I also bring another news, namely to the widow Grozavu Florina: with God's help, we were able to put the roof on the house we want to build for her.
Likewise, the training of workers for the ministry or making disciples according to a Biblical term continues and this will last 3 years. On the same terms, PIEI Romania has organizaed a special seminary called “Fathers and Sons” lead by Norm Wakefiled, at Alba Iulia PIEI Center. By the grace of God I was present with the 2 sons of mine Daniel and Marius Samuel and I was sosurprised tofind out new things. I was sorry that I didn't know some things earlier. But it was something so important that I already made a decision that one day a week together with my 2 sons we would have a meeting for an hour and invest in them. We will dive into the scriptures and have moments of prayer. I reckon that this Servant of God Norm did what John the Baptist did: prepared the way of the Lord. He encouraged us to invest in our sons, in other words to hand over the baton to continue until the coming of Jesus. Until then, we must pray and not separate from Jesus to do His will, amen!
We continue to pray for the PIEI Committee from Romania: brother Timotei with the whole family, brother Jenu Ștef and his wife Violeta as they serve the Lord, brother Mike and Alysa Dima who labors alot for the ministry
Also we continue to pray for Cornel Ștef and sister Gabi who are continuasly working on sustaining this bridge between the missionaries from Romania and the sponsors from America, as well as sister Rodica together with her husband Alex who on the accounting side is a very big job, we can only pray for them that Jesus let him reward them as HE will find a way.
I want to mention Matei and sister Naomi and the beautiful and numerous family that he has, we pray that God will reward them in His Grace!
I will end with a verse from Romans 16:16 – Greet one another with a holy kiss. The churches of Christ greet you.
