Traian Chilau Update

After we finished giving Christmas gifts at the orphanage kids and gypsy villages, together with the group of brothers we were wondering what kind of experiences we will have this coming year. For this month, the first thing we have done was to aim specific objectives for this year, this is why I felt the need to spend time in prayer and reading the Word to be able to have this light. I would like to write down a few of them which are in my heart, and I pray for God’s help in the ministry for this year. Just as Paul used to work in team, I too have to consolidate my team. Therefore together with my team we meet for Bible study and prayer, which determines spiritual growth. One of the members in the group was Iosif Radu, who passed away this month. It was a shock for us to see him with paramedics doing CPR on him for an hour. He was a good worker in my team, and his place is now empty. The funeral service was in Oesti, many people have come, and the Word of God was spread at his home and at the cemetery. We are thankful for opportunities of sowing the seeds, and we know that at the right time, more hearts will be saved.

Another important thing I would like to mention is the orphanage in Tigveni. Some of the girls have been transferred to Buzoiesti Orphanage because of the increasing number of the kids and lack of space. The girls have cried because they were separated from others, leaving joys and sorrows behind. I have contacted a Pentecostal pastor in Buzoiesti to integrate the girls there. The most important thing is that the director of the orphanage has heard the girls’ testimony, the way they used to sing and listened to CD preaching, and was very touched. He called me and expressed his desire to know more about Jesus Christ. I promised him a new Bible and I will talk to him the next time we will meet. Please pray for Marian! Please pray for me too, because I am scheduled to go to Fundeni Hospital in
