Be blessed
I hope you are well and your health, both physical and spiritual, is always growing.
A word of Scripture says "The farmer must work before he has any fruit" 2 Tim 2:6.
Paul says to Timothy: "Understand what I am saying to you..."
If in this earthly life it is necessary, before gathering the fruits/harvest, to work, so too in the Gospel Field, before the reward, work/service/suffering is necessary.
Likewise, the Partners in Evangelism International Organization, through its missionaries, is involved in the service of the One who "called us out of darkness into His wonderful light"
Because he called us and because we want to win Romania for Christ, we are ready to work and even suffer, seeing that we can sow "a seed that cannot rot"
We work and pray that the Lord will make us see fruits, but not ours, but those of the One who gave his life, that is, of the Lord Jesus, for the salvation of the lost.
In the discussions we had with the missionaries, everyone prays and wishes to see people coming to Christ
One of the "lands"/places that is desired, in the vision of PIEI, to be used for the advancement of the Gospel and the salvation of people, but also for the good done to those who were made in the Image of God, is the Podari Center, a property that we have received, just like talents/poles, which must bring benefits to the Master/Lord.
By grace and the involvement of short-term mission teams, of brothers from the country, of the PIEI Organization, from here and from the United States, after replacing the frame and the roof, as you learned from previous reports: we now enjoy having two renovated rooms, with bathrooms, furniture and air conditioning, which ensures more than a minimum of comfort, for all those who need accommodation,
Moreover, we also enjoy a space for study and meditation, and even a place to have a coffee and have discussions or pray.
In arranging it we were advised and followed the advice of brothers, David C and Jery S from Alabama.
Last week, together with brother Walter, we went to Podari, and we took care of small repairs to the water pipes. On one side of the building, repairs were needed, because the pipes broke due to frost and needed to be replaced. The situation was remedied, but a greater loss is given by the fact that the gas central heating system also broke, which requires its replacement.
In this way we see and understand how much there is a need for someone to live there permanently.
Both for administration and especially for a continuous Christian presence and a testimony before the people: We are encouraged and expect a family of brothers from the States to visit us and even stay for a while at Podari helping with the work there.
I am eager to meet them and serve them in their sacrifice
Until we see the fruits that we eagerly await and ask the Lord for, we have chosen to be faithful in what He has entrusted to us and to work with hope!
We would be happy if you would join us in PIEI Romania to pray for:
- The Lord to bless the place and the town of Podari, through our presence there
- May He grant us the wisdom and strength necessary for the work entrusted to us to add value to the work in Romania
- May the Lord facilitate the arrival of the family from the States, who will get involved in Podari
- May the Lord put it on the hearts of several Churches and brothers to train, together with others, in short-term mission teams.. supporting and carrying out the Great Commission!
We thank all who, however little, think and pray for us
Thank you to all who spend for the souls of those in Romania, and maybe not only!
We thank you in advance to those whom the Lord has placed on your hearts, to be with us, by the will of the Lord, this year, even in the short term
We also pray for you all, with joy and we wish you all that the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you and all yours!
Timotei Stinea - PIEI Romania National Director
