Dear brothers and sisters from the USA, we greet you with the love and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ! We are grateful to God for the protection and preservation of the Lord, the children of God, in this difficult period of war in Ukraine. And now the entire Church of Christ hopes only in the Lord. Only He has our help and protection. Only in the Lord do we trust and believe that the Lord will give us the long-awaited peace. Psalm 19:8 - Some in chariots, and some in horses, but we in the name of the Lord our God will boast.
This psalm encourages us all the time and we believe that the Lord will come to help and deliverance from enemies. May the name of the Lord be glorified forever and ever!
1. Church visits:
- We are very glad that the Lord helped me to visit three churches during this period.
- Preached the Gospel in a church from the village of Nesvoya. I am very glad that 4 listeners from among unbelievers regularly attend our church and listen attentively to the Word. We pray for them that they will repent.
- I visited the church from Marshenz and preached the Word of God, and my wife Larisa glorified God with singing and poetry. Also, in this church there are young people and a group of children who glorified God with singing and poetry. And we were also happy for the young preacher who preached at the beginning of the meeting. This brother David was with us in the camp in Boyany. Glory to God that our young brothers serve God through preaching. We are very grateful to God for the Christian camp, for the blessing through the repentance of many young people and our hearts rejoice when we see these young people who serve God.
- After lunch I visited the church from Kotilevo.
- I preached on the topic: Signs of the rapture of the church from the Gospel of Matthew with chapter 24.
The whole church was encouraged and everyone prayed that they would be ready for the rapture of the Church of Christ.
2. Meeting of missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission.
- On Friday, March 28, our missionaries of the PIEI Ukraine mission had a meeting in Novoselytsia in the Emmanuel Church. There they thanked God, prayed for the needs of our churches and the needs of our country, prayed for our sponsors from the USA so that the Lord would bless them with health, and also gave reports on the work done in their missionary service. They had ministry projects for the summer of 2025. They prayed for them so that the Lord would bless the ministry for the whole summer, and also prayed for the war to end in Ukraine.
3. Thanksgiving:
- We always thank God for you, brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in the evangelism here in Ukraine. Thank you for your support in prayers, for your material help that helps us serve God here in this difficult time.
- We thank God for blessing this past month of March and for allowing us to serve God by evangelizing the Gospel to people. 4. Prayer requests:
- Pray with us for the war in Ukraine to end. For the long-awaited peace to come.
- Pray for those unbelievers who heard the Word of the Gospel this month, so that the Lord will test their hearts for repentance.
- Pray for our missionaries so that the Lord will give everyone health, the strength of the Holy Spirit for the evangelism of the Gospel in our missionary ministry.
- Pray for our summer projects with Christian children's camps, as well as for our Non Stop camp in Boyany from July 21 to 26. So that there are no enemy missiles, so that we can gather leaders for the ministry in the camp. Pray that the Lord will bless the arrival of a group of teachers from the USA, led by brother Cornel Stef. The Lord has blessed us every year since we started doing Christian camps, back in 2004, and we believe that this summer God will abundantly bless this ministry - Glory to God for everything!
- Pray for the ministry for widows and orphans that we will do in the middle of May. We only trust in God and believe that God will bless us in this ministry.
And we pray for you brothers and sisters from the USA - our partners in evangelism. May the Lord bless you abundantly and reward you a hundredfold for your sacrifice and for your love for us. And we love you and always pray for you.
With love to you, the Petikhachnyy Pavel & Larisa family.
