Holy Communion

We greet you with the love of Jesus Christ, dear brothers and sisters in Christ from the USA!.

-I am grateful to God for helping me work in His field this month too. Thank God that it is calm and peaceful here and we can serve God here both in our churches and among the immigrants who live among us.

1. With God’s help, we held the breaking of bread both in our church from Dinivtsi and in the church in the village of Dolzhok, because there is no ministerial pastor there.

I also visited one sick person, prayed together and gave him Holy Communion. This brother was very happy and praised God for having such an opportunity to remember the death and suffering of Jesus Christ through Holy Communion.

2. When I visit a church from the village of Dolzhok, I always take the rehabilitation brothers who live in the Center in Malinovka into my car. They like to listen to the Word of God because this church is preached in Ukrainian, and they understand this language better. I also take these brothers back to their Center where they live.

3. We attended 2 funerals in the village of Forosna with our choir. There we glorified the Lord through singing and also preaching the Word of God. There were more than 50 unbelievers who listened to the Word of God carefully. We pray for these people too.

4. We have 3 cancer patients in our church for whom we pray (2 women and one child). They underwent surgery and chemotherapy. Therefore, our church supports them, we collect funds for treatment, and we pray for them.

5. We are preparing for evangelistic meetings in connection with the Harvest Festival both in our church and in the church of the village of Dolzhok. We will take the products that we collect for the church to the church in the village of Nedoboivtsi, and from there the volunteer brothers will take the products to the combat zone to the soldiers who are there defending our Ukraine. On September 24 we will celebrate the Harvest Festival in our church, and on October 8 we will celebrate in the church in the village of Dolzhok. We pray that the Lord will bless these evangelizations.

6.Thanksgiving:

-We are grateful to God for the peaceful sky over our Bukovina and we can calmly serve the Lord here, helping people in need and preaching the Word of God.

-We always thank the Lord for you, dear brothers and sisters from the USA, for your support and your prayers for us and for Ukraine.

7.Prayer Needs:

-Pray with us for the war in Ukraine to end, for the Lord to give us His Peace. So that the Lord will continue to protect us from the arrival of missiles, drones and suicide bombers. And not only us, but all of our Ukraine. To stop these missile attacks, because innocent people are suffering.

-Pray for those who heard the Word of God at the funeral, that they would understand the Word of Jesus Christ for them to repent.

-Pray for our cancer patients so that the Lord will heal them. These young mothers are Marina (33 years old), Yulia (30), and a small child, Emmyl, who is not yet one year old.

-Pray that we will be able to organize well evangelistic meetings in Dinivtsi and Dolzhok in connection with the Harvest Festival. So that non-believers would come to these services.

-Pray for our youth and for our children's Sunday school. They have already started Bible studies. May the Lord bless them with wisdom and health.

-Pray that the Lord will give me health so that I can still serve the Lord here.

And we pray for you, dear brothers and sisters, our partners in evangelism here in Ukraine. We pray that the Lord bless you and give you all health and a peaceful sky above you. Be blessed dear brothers and sisters from the USA! My family sends Christian greetings to you all in the Name of Jesus Christ.

With love to you, your brother in Christ, Alex Pascar.
