When it comes to a title like the one above, I don’t know what you might be thinking, but I am here to bring you this great news that “things are moving fast to an end” when we talk about Necrilesti Camp and the works to the cabin. I am bringing you this news with a joyful heart and with great expectation that this year on June 23rd we will have the first camp and you are welcome to join us.
The Bible says in proverbs 16:3 – commit your works to the Lord and your plans will be achieved! So, just like any other PIEI.Romania project, I have learned that giving my every plan to the Lord, that will bring great joy seeing God taking over. How do I see God at work in this project? Well, talking about Necrilesti camp, you know we’ve started last year around April the remodelling of the cabin, and making our counts we’ve ended up needing a great amount of money for this project. But you know, we are just good stewards and if God’s in it, then He will provide for it. I would like to thank you also for getting involved in this project and for listening for that call whenever you heard about the need on this matter. I pray that God will bless you abundantly and that you will also come and be part of this year ministries in short term mission trips. I am going to add some pictures of how everything looks like right now and also bring you some update on where we stand with the construction.
We have got to the point where we needed electricity on this facility and everything has kinda stoped around this thing. Both committees have set down and talked, prayed and in the end God put His finger again unto this project and this past week we have been able to buy the power generator. We are thankful to God for using you on this great need we’ve had. What we plan to do it use a power generator, 3 invertors, 6 big capacity batteries and solar panels. The reason for this is because the local power supply company does not have a power line up to the camp.
On the other hand, the rooms are prepared for the furniture - beds, chairs, sofas, office furniture, shelves etc. Considering we are going to have between 35 – 40 sits in this cabin, again we are facing a financial need. So we are praying and trusting God again for this need. We are doing what we are supposed to and we have met with a furniture supplier which came and made measurements for each room. I am excited to receive an estimate on this cost.
We have also made an extension to the cabin and have added 4 showers, 4 restrooms. Half of this are done and the other half is a work in progress. But …things are moving fast to an end, and that’s why am I so excited that this year, kids, teenagers and leaders will get the chance to experience God on this mountains top camp.
I would like to encourage you to come and work alongside us this summer. If you are not sure yet how you would get involved, then pray for God’s leading in this matter, pray for us that are here and ready to serve, pray for the leaders and people that are ready to come join us this year, pray for the kids and teenagers that will be impacted with the Gospel this year. If you think none of this is you, maybe you consider to give so others can do this for you.
